Under the Energy Efficieny law, Turkey’s Ministry of Environment, Urbanizationand Climate Change published a regulation for the allocation of Heating & Sanitary Hot Water in the Central Heating & Sanitary Water Systems. The regulation was entered into force with the publication number 26847 in the official newspaper dated on 14/04/2008.

In accordance with the regulation, the allocation is to be carried out by the companies that are authorized from the Ministry. Since 15/09/2010, with the authorization from the Ministry, Manas provides allocation services.
