Information Security Policy

TS EN ISO 27001:2013 Information Security Management System is applied in the below mentioned areas of activities at MANAS ENERJİ YÖNETİMİ SANAYİ ve TİCARET ANONİM ŞİRKETİ: Gas, Water, Electricity, Heat Meters, Air Conditioning Control Module Design, Production and Maintenance Repair Services, Energy Efficiency and Energy Management Consultancy, Service and Billing Services; within human, infrastructure, software, hardware, customer information, organizational information, third-party information and financial resources, to ensure risk management, to measure information security management process performance, and to communicate with third parties on information security-related issues

With this regard, the purpose of our ISMS Policy;

1- Protecting the information assets of MANAS ENERJİ YÖNETİMİ SANAYİ VE TİCARET ANONİM ŞİRKETİ against all kinds of threats arising from internal/external, intentionally or unintentionally, ensure information accessibility as necessary for business processes, to meet legal legislation requirements.

2- To ensure the continuity of the three basic elements of the Information Security Management System throughout all activities.

Confidentiality: Preventing unauthorized access to important information,

Integrity: Accuracy and integrity of informations are ensured,

Accessibility: Access to information by authorized persons when necessary.

3- Protection of all data whether in electronic environment, written, printed, oral or similar forms.

4- Raise awareness through Information Security Management trainings to all employees.

5- Reporting all Information Security vulnerabilities found or suspected to the ISMS team and to ensure that they are investigated by ISMS team.

6- Prepare, maintain and test business continuity plans, and to continuously improve them.

7- To determine the existing risks by making periodic evaluations on information security, review and follow the action plans as necessary.

8- Prevent all kinds of disputes and conflicts of interest that may arise from contracts, meet business requirements for information accessibility and information systems.
